Naked!
So I've decided to post again after all these months. Here's a sketch of a naked girl that was intended for a friend's birthday or Christmas card. I never finished the card, by the way. I really don't remember what the idea behind the sketch was, either. My mind is going…

T-shirt Job
Earlier this year I created artwork for a pet food store t-shirt. They requested a Great Dane holding a knife and fork chasing after a chicken. It also had to look like their Great Dane with the spots in all the right places. No matter how hard I try, I can never draw a cartoon Great Dane without it looking like Scooby-Doo.

Spill My Guts!

I'm finally making a second post. I know I created this blog for some reason! I suddenly remembered it was to show my crap to anyone who might be interested in seeing it! I originally thought that having a blog and showing my stuff was going to be fun. But to tell you the truth, it makes me a little nervous. Some of you (if anyone ever reads this) may know what I'm talking about. If there is a particular thing you enjoy doing (such as art, music or writing), you really don't want to be told you suck at it. To some people it can be devastating and to others it may make them strive to be better. I'm more of the devastated loser type. But I would never give up drawing…it's the only thing that keeps me sane. In the movie Crumb, Robert Crumb says, "Sometimes when I don't get to draw for a long time, I start to feel suicidal." I don't get suicidal but I understand what he's talking about. I hate it when I have an idea in my head or I want to try something new but I can't put it down on paper. This usually happens at work and I can't control the temptation to doodle. Drawing is a great stress reliever when you've had a shitty day at work staring at a computer monitor for 8 hours. There! I've spilled my guts! I'll try to post crap more than once a month from now on. And I have tons of crap for you to see.

My Very First Post!

Here's a little something to start off with…a baseball screaming in agonizing pain! This was for a t-shirt I worked on a couple of months ago through DMC Graphics (www.dmcgraphics.com).
